Remote Publishing Internship

Spring 2025

Accepting Applications Monday, November 11 – Wednesday, November 27

Description
The book publishing industry is vast and ever-evolving, offering numerous paths for involvement, growth, and success. With the rise of digital media, the competition for readers' attention has intensified. Publishers of all sizes must ensure their books are well written, designed, and distributed. Authors and publishers need to engage with audiences beyond quality storytelling—through social media, blogs, and events—to stand out.

Interested in joining this vibrant sector? Ready to master novel publishing, manuscript evaluation, or book marketing?

Our remote internship immerses you in the workings of an innovative independent press. Committing 5–15 hours weekly, you'll earn a $500 stipend and partake in video conferences with the editor, who will mentor you through practical publishing assignments and a comprehensive curriculum. By the end, you’ll be equipped to enter the publishing realm, whether in editing, marketing, publicity, or social media management. Plus, you'll experience the fulfillment of contributing to the launch of a traditionally published novel and influencing the next wave of literary creations.
